Refund policy

Every RankTribe piece is printed to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right.

Email hello@ranktribe.art within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier and send a replacement. Digital downloads can't be refunded once downloaded. If a file doesn't open or download, email us and we'll fix it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
