How to pick a size
- Above a sofa or bed: choose art about two-thirds the width of the furniture. For most sofas that's 24 x 36 or larger.
- Bedrooms, hallways and offices: 16 x 24 or 20 x 30 usually works well.
- Shelves, desks and gallery walls: the smaller sizes.
- Hang it so the center is about 57 inches (145 cm) from the floor.
